Summer Camps
Two options for Rush Creek Kids
Rush Creek Kids takes place during Sunday morning worship services and serves to minister to families with children between the ages of 8 weeks old-6th grade. Our goal is to partner with parents during each child’s faith journey. We firmly believe that the family is the primary place for discipleship, and so we provide resources and opportunities for spiritual growth to take place in the home.
Our Sunday morning experience is specific to each age group for their developmental stage and our adult leaders volunteer weekly to build consistent relationships with the children. The Sunday morning curriculum will include a mixture of fun, worship, and small group discussions learning about the values and beliefs of Rush Creek – that everything is about Jesus! We strive to create a positive environment that will make your child feel right at home!
To attend any of the following groups for the first time, please simply visit one of the check-in stations to fill out a Connection Card and then our team will help direct you to the correct location for your child. Parent pick up is required in the room with a parent pick-up tag (given at check-in each morning) through 4th grade. We hope to see you and your family soon!

Your child will receive love and care from committed, trained adults. As babies grow older, they begin to engage in games, singing, and hands-on activities that apply Biblical principles.
Preschoolers will participate in a hands-on Bible learning experience taught by trained, caring adults that serve weekly. Their experience will include worship, a Bible story, and engaging small group activities.
Kinder-4th grade have both large group experiences and small groups. Each service offers large group time with engaging worship, fun large group instruction, and lively small group activities that teach the truth about the Bible and lasting lessons for young hearts.
Roots is a program for 5th-6th grade students that is an energetic time that provides an opportunity for them to apply what they’ve learned each week through worship, small group discussion, fun group games, all while developing peer relationships. Roots will meet on Wednesday nights during the school year from 6:30pm – 8:30pm at three of our campuses, Green Oaks, Mira Lagos, and Mansfield West.
Servant’s Heart is an opportunity for our students to be Forerunners of the Faith by serving on Sunday mornings at their campus. 4th-12th grade students can register to serve in areas like Preschool Ministry, Kid’s Worship, greeting alongside our Connections team, as well as several other areas.
