Current Student Series

Changed | Sept 23

Following Jesus was never meant to stop with us. Throughout Scripture we see ordinary people encounter Jesus, experience transformation, and then become part of His mission. Saul was changed and sent. The Samaritan woman was changed and sent. Philip obeyed and went. God used ordinary people to make an eternal impact through simple acts of obedience.

In this 4-week series, students will discover that evangelism is not about having perfect words, all the answers, or a dramatic story. It is the natural response of a life transformed by Jesus. As students learn to notice people, share what Jesus has done, and step out in faith, they’ll discover they have been changed by Jesus and sent by Jesus.

Upcoming Series and Events

As we live as believers in this world, there will oftentimes be moments or experiences we have that might make us question our standing with God. “How do I know that I’m truly saved? Why do I continue to struggle with sin? Does my struggle with sin mean I’m not actually a believer?” 1 John is written so that we may know with certainty our position with God and how we can be assured of our salvation in Him.

The Beatitudes is one of the most well-known passages from Jesus’ Sermon on the Mount while, at the same time, one of the most misunderstood. The Beatitudes are not a set of attributes that we either have or don’t have – rather, they are something we become. These attributes that we become show the world around us the counter-cultural way of following Jesus. Join us for the next 8 weeks as we study together what it looks like for us to truly become like Jesus.

Join us on our Spring Break Mission Trips! No Student Services this week.

Many of the struggles students face are not because they lack information, but because they are consuming things that slowly poison their hearts, minds, relationships, and spiritual lives. Jesus invites us to DETOX from the patterns of this world and embrace His way of life.

Head to your campus for the final Wednesday Night of the semester!
