Each year in March/April we host the Arlington Area Job Fair in partnership with Workforce Solutions of Tarrant County, Arlington Independent School District, The City of Arlington and The Great Arlington Chamber of Commerce.

Check back in the Spring for more information about the Job Fair in 2027!

This includes everything from putting up bulletin boards, laminating, cleaning, shelving books and everything in between. For 2026 we are partnering with 26 schools across five school districts, with thousands of volunteers. See below for a list of our current Rush Week schools.

Each year we get to love on families in our community with everything they need to prepare their own Thanksgiving feast. We distribute these meals through our Green Oaks Compassion Center.

Each year, through Operation Joy, we have the chance to bless hundreds of local children and families. There are two ways you can get involved: Choose a child or children by providing gifts, or serve in one of several volunteer opportunities available during Operation Joy Week.

How Can I Make a Difference?

Many families at Rush Creek in El Salvador are struggling with severe economic challenges due to high unemployment and underemployment. We are seeking support from the Rush Creek community to provide essential aid and help these families overcome their financial difficulties. Your donation, of any amount, will have a direct impact, addressing immediate needs and contributing to long-term solutions. By partnering with us, you play a crucial role in providing hope and practical aid, helping to transform lives and create a brighter future for those in need.

What is Dollar Club

Once a month, everyone at Rush Creek gives $1 to see the amazing things that can happen when we all Unite together to bless someone in our community. We define Generosity as the overflow of Joy demonstrated in acts of faith that reflect genuine love by meeting the needs of others. Through the Dollar Club, we’ve seen your generosity make an incredible impact on the lives of those who may have felt unnoticed, unloved, or unworthy. Together, we have the privilege to share the love of Christ in a tangible way.
