This position supports the objectives of the Connections Team.
This is a part time position Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm with occasional weekend event hours.
- -Provide administrative support to the Connections and Marriage Ministry teams
- -Answer the main office phone system during office hours
- -Database record management
- -Procure resources for Sunday morning connections teams
- -Help the connections team with volunteer recruitment and support
- -Assist with special events such as FSE and Baptisms
- -Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- -Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers and folders)
- -Experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel) required
- -Must exhibit strong communication skills
- -Bilingual a plus
- -Customer Service Attitude
- -Must be flexible and work well as a team player
- -Must be a follower of Christ and baptized by immersion
- -Must attend or commit to attending Rush Creek Church
