Part-Time Connections Administrative Assistant
Description

Purpose

This position supports the objectives of the Connections Team.

Hours

This is a part time position Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm with occasional weekend event hours.

Responsibilities
  • -Provide administrative support to the Connections and Marriage Ministry teams
  • -Answer the main office phone system during office hours
  • -Database record management
  • -Procure resources for Sunday morning connections teams
  • -Help the connections team with volunteer recruitment and support
  • -Assist with special events such as FSE and Baptisms
Qualifications
  • -Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
  • -Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers and folders)
  • -Experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel) required
  • -Must exhibit strong communication skills
  • -Bilingual a plus
  • -Customer Service Attitude
  • -Must be flexible and work well as a team player
  • -Must be a follower of Christ and baptized by immersion
  • -Must attend or commit to attending Rush Creek Church
