The Church on Rush Creek has operated this ministry into provision of food relief for those in emergency need since December 2009. Our focus is temporarily helping families to improve their current situation by providing “daily bread” in order for them to focus their limited incomes on other things other than meals. Families in need of relief may receive family assistance by having the head of the household complete a simple application. The food pantry is by appointment only. Upon each visit, a photo identification and proof of address must be presented. Food and monetary donations are much appreciated and can be tax deductible. For a list of food items click here.
Volunteers are always needed Monday-Wednesday 10am-12pm; 1-3pm and Thursday 10am-12pm; 4-7pm.
