Communications Director

This position is full-time and supports the objectives of the Creative Arts and Communications Ministry.

Ministry Purpose

To lead a creative team focused on branding the ministries of the church through story and creative outlets, like social media, video, photography, and print.

Qualifications

Video Director

This position is full-time and supports the objectives of the Creative and Story Ministry.

Ministry Purpose

To create dynamic video content for story and service teams.

Qualifications
  • A follower of Jesus Christ
  • Have demonstrated faith through full immersion baptism
  • Degree in video, marketing, communications or a related field
  • At least two years’ experience in video production, storytelling and creative collaboration
  • Experience in all stages of video production: idea development, planning, filming (lights, camera, sound) and post production
  • Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop
  • Graphic design and animation experience a plus
  • Coachable, works well within a team environment

Childcare Worker-all campuses

This position has variable hours each week and supports the Children’s Ministry Staff.

Ministry Purpose

Your role will be to provide safe, secure, nurturing, clean and efficient care to our children. Your ministry responsibilities include playing with the children or directing their play, reading to the children, praying for each child, exhibiting Christ-like patience and love, and relating the events of the day to the lesson and theme in words that children can understand.

Qualifications
  • Must have a passion to work with children
  • Must be 16 years of age
  • Needs to have reliable transportation
  • Exerts good communication skills to superiors and parents
  • Able to teach curriculum with enthusiasm
  • Must be flexible and a team player
  • Must be a follower of Jesus Christ

Worship Ministry Intern

This position is a paid internship for 15-20 hours per week at our Mansfield West campus.

Ministry Purpose

Interns will primarily work alongside campus worship pastor to develop student bands, lead worship for student worship services, and manage weekly planning details. Interns will also have exposure leading in adult venues, creative arts ministry, media production, and multi-campus worship events. These internships will require on campus work hours each week as well as Sunday morning responsibilities.

Qualifications
  • Must be called to worship ministry
  • Must be gifted in developing a well-rounded band
  • Preferably working toward a degree in worship or music
  • Must be flexible and a team player
  • Must be a follower of Jesus Christ and have been baptized by immersion

Technology Intern

This position is a paid internship for 12-15 hours per week and supports the Technology Team.

Ministry Purpose

The Technology Intern will assist the Technology Director in creating a sound worship experience as well as assist with IT tickets as needed.

  • Spiritually gifted in the area of technology
  • Pursuing a degree or certification in technology, recording or related field

Student Ministry Jr High Associate

This position is a paid internship for 20-25 hours per week at our Green Oaks campus.

Ministry Purpose

Associate will primarily partner with your assigned campus to establish and execute Sunday morning and Wednesday night Student Ministry with excellence and assist with the development and execution of all Student Ministry events. He or She will also Coordinate, strategize, and lead our team in a way that reaches and disciples junior high students and will be involved in Recruiting, developing, and empowering leaders.

Associates will also have exposure leading in adult venues, creative arts ministry, media production, and multi-campus worship events.

  • Have shared your faith through full immersion baptism
  • Have surrendered to full-time ministry or are pursuing a call to full-time ministry
  • Spiritually gifted for working with students, families, and leaders
  • Received or pursuing a degree in education, ministry or a related field

  • Ability to inspire others through sacrificial leadership
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Childcare Coordinator-Mansfield West

This is a part-time position that supports the Children’s Ministry Staff through overseeing the Mansfield West campus childcare.

Ministry Purpose

Your role will be to manage a safe, secure, nurturing, clean and efficient care to our children from childcare workers. He or She will also help coordinate, strategize, and lead our Mansfield West team in a way that promotes a Christ-like attitude.

Qualifications
  • Exerts great leadership and organization skills
  • Must have experience in working in Childcare
  • If not a member of Rush Creek, must have served at least 6 months in our childcare
  • Must have a passion to work with children
  • Needs to have reliable transportation
  • Exerts good communication skills
  • Must be flexible and a team player
  • Must be a follower of Jesus Christ
